Corcoran ASC & Imaging Center

This approximately 18,000 square foot facility is to be constructed .  The facility will have a two operating rooms, one procedure rrom, a full outpatient imaging center, a women's center and medical offices to support the future expansion to the existing hospital facility.

Gateway Engineering, Inc. was responsible for boundary and topographic surveys, lot line adjustment for vacation of street rights-of-way, assistance with preparation of the site plan, and site improvement construction plans.  Because of the roadway vacation, a storm water lift station was designed to maintain drainage for approximately eight acres of existing residential and commercial land.

 Construction is scheduled to begin by September 2009 and Gateway Engineering will be providing construction staking services.
