This approximately 30,000 square foot expansion to the existing hospital will also include a separate ambulatory surgical and imaging center connected by a covered corridor. Gateway Engineering, Inc. is the civil engineer for both projects. The connection of the two buildings will be achieved by vacating an existing street right-of-way which will require relocation of City utilities and construction of a sewer lift station.
